One of Skyway Development Group’s most ambitious transformation projects was the conversion of 71 Nassau Street to a 52-unit luxury condominium with prime corner retail on the ground floor.
Skyway’s development team collaborated with acclaimed designer Shamir Shah to make 71 Nassau Street– already a magnificent illustration of both Beaux-Art architecture and the early Manhattan skyscraper – into a true urban oasis. Visitors are greeted by a spacious lobby decorated with bamboo panels and exotic stones. Crisply designed hallways lead to a collection of stately one- and two-bedroom residences. Full service residential amenities include 24-hour concierge, fitness center, and meticulously appointed furnishings throughout. Restoration of the façade preserved the striking terracotta ornamentation and grand cornices, creating an inspired celebration of old and new between the exterior and interior, and setting the stage for this century-old building to find new life as one of the most desirable luxury condominiums in the area.
71 Nassau Street is crowned with a signature roof deck that embodies the very essence of luxury living mere steps from City Hall, Wall Street, and the World Trade Center.
